Once an order is submitted, discounts or promotional codes cannot be retroactively applied.

Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

  • Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted to info@ridethemagictrip.com within three (3) days of delivery

  • Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for returns, where permitted

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • A restocking fee may apply

Certain products may be non-refundable due to their nature. All refund decisions are made at Magic Trip’s discretion in accordance with our posted policies.
