REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind our products' quality and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once they are processed. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any opened or used products.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us at fadi@octotriad.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or store credit.

To expedite the process, please include the following in your email:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement product or issue store credit—whichever you prefer.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product and do not wish to receive a replacement
• The item was never delivered, and tracking confirms non-delivery
• The order was canceled before it was processed and shipped

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at fadi@octotriad.com if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
