REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear and fair purchasing experience. Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products under any circumstances.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ridethemagictrip.com and include:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Your order number or proof of purchase

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong product and do not want a replacement

The item was never delivered and tracking confirms non-delivery

The order was canceled before it was processed or shipped
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including:

Original shipping fees

Returned or refused shipments

Redelivery fees
If a replacement is issued for a damaged or incorrect item, Magic Trip will cover the cost of the replacement shipment.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@ridethemagictrip.com.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped:

It cannot be canceled, and

6. Missing Items or Delivery Issues
If your order is missing an item or tracking indicates a delivery issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review due to carrier limitations.
