CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it—plans change. Here’s how to cancel or update your order hassle-free. At Magic Trip, we do our best to process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes, please review the following guidelines to see what’s possible based on where your order is in the process.
1. Incomplete/Wrong Address
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us unopened, we may offer a reship (at your expense).
2. Preorders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
